Transsexuality is not a new phenomenon---it has shown up throughout many different cultures and through long spans of time, usually as a "third gender" or so. But transsexuality in the western world as we now know it is certainly very new, with the advent of hormone injections and gender reassignment surgeries. Trans-people are beginning to straddle genders, and the lines dividing the sexes are being blurred.
However, there are those of us who prefer our romantic partners and our friends to be people who do not suffer from gender dysphoria. We do not acknowledge trans-people to be exactly the same as cis-people, and we would like more information to distinguish trans-gendered people from cis-gendered people (so we can avoid interactions with them). This booklet is such a resource, and its mission is to divide the world into two camps the regular world and the "trans-friendly" world.

Transsexuality is still up for debate, and the only way for debate to happen is with the expression of ideas. In this booklet I discuss the concept of transsexuality as well as the signs of its occurrence, with the awareness of the signs acting as a sort of personal reference. Although I discuss methods that help to identify certain people, I sympathize with those suffering from gender dysphoria, and this booklet is not meant in any way to be used to identify people in order to harm them. I am no leader of witch hunts, nor a leader of lynch mobs. This booklet is about solutions, not problems.

I have a friend, it's not me I promise, that once took out a "girl" to the dinner and things were going well enough that he had post-dinner plans. Unfortunately his date was not originally female as they told my friend of their transition. His evening was shattered and he did not follow through with his original plans. Unfortunately not everyone is so honest.The book is very "in your face", blunt, and brazenly honest. One of his ideas is very profound and he introduces it early that could revolutionize mental health care by both reducing cost and human suffering. No joke, and he hits hard and fast with it.
TL;DR For a $1 this book is a steal. The audience are straight people because sometimes you just can't tell.
